Dependable. Reliable. Few surprises. However, this is THE PLACE to have your child's birthday party. Unbelievable treatment by staff, organization galore, they give out goody bags and will even bake a little cake! Two thumbs up!!!

I like the soft serve in the summer.

They continuously get orders wrong, the staff are rude and when I called to speak with the manager he ignored my concerns. Someone there needs to actually take charge and run the place professionally rather than some of these young managers that have zero idea how to run a business nor have ever been trained for the position.

Did not taste good. My McChicken did not have lettuce and had way too much mayo making it look absolutely disgusting. The chicken tasted off and I couldn't eat it as it was horrible.

Was there at 11:10am before the lunch rush. The cashier was ver friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I just love all the people who work there they are so friendly and so much love fills the whole team

Always a traveling snack, 2 Large McD's Fries, dumped into the take out bag. Lightly salted ... 2 napkins to catch the crumbs ... lol and two hands digging in. Love , love, love it. Fresh was the feature today FANTABULOUS ... thank you🍟

One star cuz the man working the drive thru around 5-6 in the AM was very cold and unwelcoming . If ever someone sounded like the last place they wanted to be on earth was at their job it was him. There was no "welcome to McDonalds " not even a " thank you see you next time " NOTHING!! Was not a positive experience whatsoever. (Experience was on Monday the 10th of August )

Service is usually slow and orders are right half the time

Had a nice chocolate sundae. My friend got a caramel one while I picked up some salad etc. A nice break and a treat from our busy day. Convenience.

Slow, and unenthusiastic staff. Parts of our order were given to other people so we had to wait longer for food that was already made for us.

Good coffee. Recently renovated. Very modern and well designed.

Fast food when u are on the run

As with all fast food restaurants, sometimes the food is not up to par or the order in the bag is wrong. Overall experiance has with this restaurant has always been satisfactory. A couple bad experiances doesn't amount to much after many many good ones.

I love it best food for a hangover

Very slow at making orders. Last time i was in i was told i cant order milk until lunch. I never see the guys making the orders use gloves or nothing which is just gross

Good food if you don't care about your health

I order food and wanted a simple large glass of water. Nope, cannot provide that!! With the Monopoly contest you cannot have one!! Fully understand that part of it. I point to a large plastic cup without the game piece. Nope, cannot have that.. I returned my food and spent my money elsewhere.. By the way got a free LARGE glass at Wendy's... Do not eat fast food often, but I know where I will spend my money

It's McDonald's I wouldn't get my expectations too high. I don't have any unexpected complaints about it.

Staff here is amazing. They should come to Alberta and train the McDonald's staff at the Calgary locations... especially Sylvan Lake.

Great for when I'm looking for something tasty, quick, and relatively unhealthy to eat once in a while. Love them big Macs and nuggets... mmmmm. Good sized play area, there's not many indoor play places in Penticton.

I think i got food poisoning last night. I was up half the night puking not long after i ate. I was feeling just fine before i ate.

They call it fast food but sometimes they are slower than a restaurant that cooks it when you order it but some times it is cold and i like double big Mac's

Super crowded and under staffed at breakfast. Only one person working when we visited. Ouch!

Horrible....everytime I go on my lunch break I come back to work and my entire order is wrong! And of course I don't have time to come back, I love the Mc chicken that's all I order from here and last time they gave me a quarter pounder 😢 so I didn't end up eating lunch.

You guys need to do a good job with cleaning

A little slow on service..but my breakfast tasted better than what I get in my own town..so I would gladly wait a little longer for my meal for better tasting food.
